"VILLA LUXURY, BELLA LUCIA 3" dispone de una superficie interior de 140m2, que se distribuye en salón comedor, cocina independiente, 3 dormitorios uno tipo suite, otro baño completo. Todas las estancias son exteriores, iluminadas y ventiladas de forma natural, dotándolas de privacidad e intimidad.Además esta preciosa villa nos ofrece unas bonitas zonas exteriores con una superficie total de 350m2, donde encontramos una amplia piscina, zonas de jardín con plantas florales y además una bonita área de césped artificial para el disfrute de los más peques, y por último una espectacular barbacoa con mesas sillas y mesa con zona de sombra donde poder disfrutar a cualquier hora del día. "VILLA BELLA LUCIA 3" está situada en la mejor zona residencial de Corralejo, a pocos minutos del centro y zonas comerciales, parque acuático y bares (15 minutos andando y 3 en coche). La villa dispone de aire acondicionado y piscina climatizada (con cargo adicional muy económico para nuestros clientes)consultar a la propietaria , wifi con fibra óptica a gran velocidad ideal para teletrabajo totalmente gratuito.Nuestra Villa se encuentra, cerca del Parque natural de las dunas de Corralejo donde están ubicadas nuestras famosas Grandes Playas. En nuestra Villa no está permitido alojarse mas personas que las indicadas en la reserva ya que varía el precio según el numero de personas, en caso de incumplimiento se le suspenderá la estancia en la casa. Disponemos de varias Villas "Villa Bella Lucia 1, 2 y 3" en caso de no tener disponibilidad consultar al propietario. Nuestras villas disponen de coches de alquiler de todo tipo con recogida en el aeropuerto ,bicicletas normal y electrica,excursiones en Catamarán con pesca submarina y comidas a bordo así como excursiones en Quads consultar precios a la propietaria.

Communication on arrival in Spain was good with quick responses from the host. On arrival at Villa Lucia we were met by the owner who showed us how everything worked. The Villa and outdoor areas were clean . No pool towels were provided . Pool heating is an extra charge.The Villa could do with a little TLC. Flaking paint and dampness in some areas which I thought didn’t reflect well given the nightly rate of the villa. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely uncomfortable for us personally, very hard with no bounce in the mattress at all. The air conditioning is an extra cost payable with euros. The Villa has cameras both inside and out. We weren’t personally comfortable with the indoor one but were assured they were only for security purposes should someone break in. The Villa is in close proximity to the main dual carriageway into Corralejo which at times was quite noisy. The walk to the Main Street with all the shops, restaurants etc took about 20mins along a well lit road . Overall we enjoyed our time at the Villa for it’s location and privacy but wouldn’t stay there again. Although the listing states satellite tv there are only 2 English speaking news channels .

Villa Bella Lucía 3 is one of the best villas we have stayed in and we have stayed in a few this villa is spacious inside and out and the pool is lovely for a cool down dip the villa is very well located just a short stroll into town a massive supermarket only a few mins away the owners were available whenever needed but to be honest we didn’t need anything we will be staying here again and again great Villa and perfect holiday

Lovely villa in good location

The Villa is spacious and very clean and well equipped. Good location. 5 minute walk to nearby supermarket, restaurants, bars and taxi rank. Aqua park is a short walk away. 15 minute walk to Corralejo town where shops, restaurants and bars are plentiful.Lucia our host met us upon arrival and was very helpful showing us how everything in the Villa worked.We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Great value stay for autumn sun

We booked last minute and were so pleased with the quality and value of Bella Lucia! Lucia was the perfect host with good information prior to arriving, meeting us on arrival to show us around and for anything during our stay. The villa was amazing, clean and lovely decor, perfect space for our family. Walking distance to shops/bars/restaurants and only 5mins in the car to Correlajo Main Street. We especially enjoyed the food/drink and entertainment in Music Square and the old town. Thank you for a memorable trip, we will be back!

Schönes Haus

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat alles super geklappt. Lucia und Domingo sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben den Pool mit Heizung gebucht und haben es sehr genossen. Leider ist die Straße an manchen Tagen störend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Danke Domingo und Lucia

Lovely week

Had a lovely week at this villa. The walls make the outside area / pool mostly private, which is nice for couples. Everything worked as it should and and we had no issues during our stay. The Villa is quite close to the main road into Corralejo, but we didn't really notice it after a day or so. great value Villa all round. Thank you.

Lovely villa

The villa was lovely and spacious and very modern. The kitchen had everything you needed. The shower in the en suite was great but there was no plug in the spa bath so we couldn’t use it. Outside was a little tired and could do with some TLC. You could not walk on the decking as you would get splinters. The covers on the outdoor bed were filthy and the sun beds were starting to rip. The cover over the outside seating area was also broken. The pool was lovely and warm but again needed a good scrub. It’s a shame as with these small updates it would have been lovely. It is also by a busy road but it has a high wall so you can’t be overlooked by cars. The hosts were lovely and even allowed us to check in slightly earlier which was very kind of them. You do need to pay for air con if you want it. It has a smart tv which is great as all the tv channels seemed to be in German. Good internet too. It’s a 5 minute drive to a big supermarket and a Lidl. We hired a car and although you don’t need one if you’re happy to walk a lot we found it really beneficial to get around.

Tolles Haus, sehr gepflegt mit hilfsbereiter Gastgeberin

Wir sind über die Weihnachtsfeiertage Gäste bei Lucia gewesen. Vom Einzug bis Auszug war alles super! Das Haus ist sehr sauber, keine Investitionsmängel etc. Hier kann man sich wirklich wohlfühlen. Lucia ist sehr bemüht, dass Ihre Gäste sich wohlfühlen. das merkt man sofort bei der Ankunft. Und ich kann sagen, dass wir bestimmt wieder kommen werden. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! P.S. Wir hatten nachts mit Mücken zu kämpfen, aber das Problem konnten wir auch schnell lösen. Diese Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at Lucia‘s house. She‘s a very friendly and helpful host, the house was comfortable, roomy and clean with a very spacious outdoor area. The pool was still very warm (October) thanks to the heating.

Lovely Villa , good location

Lucia was a lovely helpful host, who prior to travelling gave advice on trips and directions. The Villa was located in a quiet location about 20 mins walk to the shops. From the roof terrace you had views across to the volcano which our 10 year old loved. The villa was clean, well equipped with everything we needed. The air con was a pay by coin which worked well. The outside area was lovely with shaded seating area as well as plenty of sunny areas.The pool was lovely and cleaned regularly , it wasnt a huge pool but it was fine for our party. would highly recommend Lucia and her villas.

Lovely family trip!

We had an amazing week at Villa Lucia. The property was spacious and very clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. We were a group of 3 adults/3 children and didn’t feel in top of each other. We would really recommend staying here and we will be back. Thanks Lucia for being so helpful and accommodating! 😊

Lovely villa and great location

Great villa with everything you could need, 15 minute walk to Music Square, 20 minutes to nice restaurants on the sea front. Lucia looks after the villa really well and it it is well stocked and very clean with a nice welcome basket when you arrive. The heated pool was an extra €15 per day but well worth it in March and meant we were able to use the pool every day. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful Villa

Lucia and Domingo were both excellent hosts and we spent 2 perfect weeks there just before Christmas. The villa was spotlessly clean and Lucia greeted us when we arrived and explained how everything worked. It was like home from home! It was so well equipped, everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and it was great to have a barbecue and the pool was excellent. Whenever we have rented before, there is never enough hangers for our clothes, but there were 12 hangers in each of the 3 wardrobes, so ample for our needs. Domingo came and cleaned the pool twice while we were there and the towels and bed linen were changed at the end of the first week. The villa is excellently placed near to all the amenities. A 10 minute walk to the Hyper Dino Express, 20 minutes to the main Campanario Centre where you will find a market set up a few times a week, plus an easy walk into the centre of Corralejo with its many beachside restaurants and shops. There is also a taxi rank just round the corner if you need one. We would definitely love to stay in Villa Bella Lucia 3 again as soon as we can get back next year. Thank you Lucia & Domingo for welcoming us and being so helpful. You were always there if we needed you.

One of the best

We had a great time at this very clean and well equipped villa. The host Lucia was fantastic with great communication and always trying to help. Lots of little extras you don’t get anywhere else, great location, wonderful outside space and as clean as they come! Highly recommend

Das Haus ist schön und modern eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Auch der Aussenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und der sehr schöne Pool hat uns viel Spaß gebracht. Leider ist die Straße an manchen Tagen störend - das ist aber der einzige Wehrmutstropfen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub mit der Familie

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus. Alles war perfekt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben.

Great location and villa

This villa was ideal for us as a couple (or even suit a family), the pool was great and because we had it heated during our February stay, we were in the pool for hours every day. The location is ideal as it's only 15 minutes walk to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The only negative comments and it's only minor is that there is no Glas drinking glasses to be used by the pool area (quite correct) but no plastic glasses supplied.
