“Clean and comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Little outdated. ”

“Mooi huis mooie locatie”

“Property was located in a very good place by our work.”

“Good location, perfect size for the 2 nights we were there. Easy to check in and out. Beds were very comfortable and nice to do laundry. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Wasn’t as clean as I would expect. Garbage can is broken, utensils were old and holder was dirty. Patio Was dirty, chairs weren’t clean. Sprinkler was broken so sprayed all over the patio. Could use an upgrade with kitchen utensils and pots and pans. These wouldn’t deter me from booking again but one would expect things to be a...

“This place is amazing, well located and a gorg hot tub view. The mattresses need to be updated, it’s clear this has been a rental for quite some time and the spring mattresses (including the owners suite bed) squeak, to the point that we had to utilize separate sleeping arrangements in order to get rest. There are also dead bugs in the framed wall hanging artwork in the owners suite, pretty gross. A deep cleaning of this unit would deffo be beneficial. ”

“This is the perfect place to relax after each day of Moab adventuring. It is close to town, but much quieter, which we enjoyed after several days of hiking. Even better, there is a fantastic hike (Hidden Valley) whose trailhead is walking distance from the property. That trailhead area also provides a beautiful place to take your dog for morning walks (picture below) before taking off each day. The host was very responsive when I needed to contact her and resolved our issue quickly. I would stay...

“The property was perfect for our stay. It is an amazing house with 3 suites. Great guys weekend with my friends son along. We all had our own full bath which is great after offroading and sweating all day. The house is modern and very clean, we loved it. Host was great with communication and made it easy to check in and out. The garage was awesome for working on and keeping our jeeps overnight. Hot tub was great after a long day. Had everything you need. Would love to come back and stay...

“In general, we enjoyed our stay in this house. The basics are there: the beds are comfortable, the internet worked, the hosts were communicative and responsive. The hot tub was a great way to wind down after a day of hiking. We didn't love the neighborhood: it's in a somewhat unattractive industrial area south of Moab, and it's a bit of a hike to run errands. The kitchen is decently stocked but we had to run the dishwasher pretty constantly to have clean things to eat and drink off of (and...
