Both bedrooms feature luxurious king-sized beds for a restful night`s sleep. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and all the essentials you need for cooking meals. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, a smart TV, air conditioning, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Guests will also have access to the clubhouse, which features a pool and gym for added relaxation and recreation. Conveniently located, Charleston International Airport is just 15 minutes away, Boeing is a 20-minute drive, and the Charleston World Trade Center is about 25 minutes from the property. Guests may access the full property inside and outside, apart from a small owner`s closet in the living room, kept locked.

By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. These terms and conditions are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. They cover important aspects such as check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, usage of amenities, liability, and other essential guidelines.

We live and work in Charleston--- we will not be at the premises during guest stays, but we can be reached easily and can come to the home when needed.

This home is dog-friendly, up to 2 dogs are allowed per reservation, which must be approved by the host in advance. A pet fee of $220 per pet will be charged, including ESAs.

We want all guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay worry-free, so we do not have specific rules when it comes to trash, laundry, dishes, checkout instructions--we kindly ask that guests keep those items tidy within reason.

There is no smoking allowed inside of the home or on the premises. ($250 Cleaning and Deodorizing fee if smoke is detected in the home, and additional cleaning fee of $100 if smoking-related trash outside is left behind by guest)

Undisclosed pets incur a $200 Cleaning and Deodorizing Fee if pets are detected in the home.

$200 Undisclosed Guest Fee for each person staying at the home that exceeds the guest list from the reservation made by the guest.

All events held must be announced before reservation and permitted by the host. $200 fee assessed to guest for undisclosed guests on the property. Host reserves right to require a security deposit when deemed necessary.
