“I booked suite room 251 and unfortunately the air conditioning in the bedroom wasn’t working. This meant I didn’t get a good night’s sleep. There was a fan but no air conditioning. I mentioned this to reception in the morning and they assured me they were aware and that’s why there was a fan. However when I checked in reception hadn’t mentioned this issue. If they had I would have asked for a smaller room with working air conditioning. This wasn’t great service.”

“El hotel tiene su encanto, pero falta un ascensor lo cual cree dificultades con el equipaje para una persona mayor. El cuarto de baño necesita una ducha movible. Sólo había desayuno continental por problemas en la cocina. Creo que es caro por lo que se ofrece.”

“Our room wasn t ready so after 45 mins we were given a different room but a double not the singles I requested When went for breakfast there was confusion as they didn't t have us on the list.Sorted eventually We stayed 2 nights but for some reason the housekeeper didn't t clean or leave clean towels extra the 2nd day I told reception who gave me more tea coffee milk but no apology or explanation for the housekeeper not servicing our room Dissapointing”

“Disappointing breakfast . No eggs ! so settled for bacon sandwich Bathroom didn't have a razor point so unable to charge electric toothbrush. Asked reception if they had a plug adapter but they didn't”

“First time stayed here, and could not fault a thing. (One or two little.niggles but nothing to complain about). Staff were helpful and all very friendly. Room was (as requested) a twin accessible room as mum.needs one these days.- and quiet. Meals were either in restaurant or bar area.Plenty of parking too, including disabled.bays. Overall, would stay here again if in Peterborough.”

“El hotel esta bien para una o 2 noches, cerca de la carretera y de fácil aparcamiento. Además hay muchas opciones de comida en el mismo predio. Lo recomiendo, el personal muy amable y atento. Faltaría un poco de almacenaje o estanterías para colocar la ropa, pero como dije antes es un hotel para 1 o 2 noches.”

“I liked our room it was large had every facility you could need available in it, the bathroom had a bath and shower and was so clean it glistned as was the main room. The meal at our function was beautifully presented and tasted amazing, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The pub attacked next to the hotel was lovely We sat. In the garden at the back it was so relaxing, ... , The choices at breakfast...
