“Sat out in front of rental for an hour and forty-five minutes waiting to get in. Blue couches are beautiful but utterly devoid of padding: You feel every piece of wood used to build it. Towels were as thin as Kleenex (except there were no Kleenex anywhere). Nothing but overhead lighting in the living room, so it is either pitch dark or you are performing surgery. Otherwise, the duplex and neighborhhod are both very nice and conveniently located.”

“I was SO HAPPY to find this diamond in the rough!! We have never been in the Denton area and my Grandaughter had a dance convention at the Embassy Suites. This home was about 7 minutes away and a straight shot down Panhandle. (The street). The home was beautiful, clean (huge plus), spacious bedrooms, quite cozy. It was easy access to all of our needs. “The stay was ok. The door next door dog was annoying. Woke us up almost every morning and barked all day. The master bathroom doesn’t have a door so we couldn’t use it to without it affecting the entire bedroom, that was not mentioned on the listing. I definitely couldn’t use the tub, the trim and wood was falling apart with terminate infestation. The air conditioning could not cool the house more than 2 degrees. “A I've stayed at dozens of rentals and Dil was my favorite host ever. We felt right at home. Clean, safe, quiet, pet/kid-friendly... everything we were looking for and more.
