“Cancelled my reservation unexpectedly the day before arrival. Messaged the host a few days before arriving for the entry message and no reply back just to follow up with a cancellation 2 days later. I would not recommend booking with this host. No communication. Vrbo was great in protecting my payment with the full refund thankfully. ”

“We enjoyed being so close to downtown McKinney. The building is older and was the perfect size for my hubby and I, but felt it needed a good cleaning (including the furniture). The pillows on the bed were extremely old and need to be replaced. The heat source was a plug in unit as there is no central air or heat. I would not stay here again. ”

“Mckinney is a nice location compared to the busy, crowded, traffic-riden Dallas. Property was very convenient to shopping of all kinds, very nice pool area with grills and tables, lots of room. . Very quiet mon thru Thursday but be aware, unit sits close to a couple bar/grills and an outdoor live music stage. Friday night was very loud til after midnight. Very loud!!! Hard to sleep. Otherwise pleasant stay.”

“The owner offered prompt service and ultimately gave a refund. The property was nice, but cleaning was not sufficient even after cleaning lady came a 2nd time. Details below:When we arrived there was hair in the bathtub, food on the counters and stove top, and the dish soap was almost empty. There was no way to bolt the unit from the inside. I texted and the owner promptly sent someone to clean while we were out eating. When we returned some things were better, but the kitchen counter still...
