“The property is great. Cozy. Family friendly. Good location. A lot of stairs to the property so if you are not stair friendly, this is not a place for you. We were fine with it. Property management was very responsive when we had an issue with loud construction. We looked forward to QUIET time to rest out of the city and sadly the inconsiderate people upstairs thought it was appropriate to work until 11pm and start again at 5am on a weekend. Unbelievable. Hope this stops soon and doesn't affect...

“Wonderful location with an amazing view of the river and meadow. House was spotless and we had everything we needed. Comfy beds, blankets and pillows; all the kitchen utensils and cookware we needed; and just all around very welcoming. Perfect Tahoe getaway and would definitely stay again in a heartbeat! ”

“This was a wonderful place for us to stay! After a 10 hour drive in a pickup and trailer, it was a much needed peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Very clean, comfortable and cute! The back yard was especially enjoyable and a perfect place to relax after a long drive. The host was absolutely incredible and accommodating with perfect recommendations for our time there. Most importantly, prior to booking, Kyle went out of his way to check with the city to make sure we were good to park our trucks...
