The unit itself is clean, however pulled a pot from the cabinet and had too wash it before using it, we also discovered that the iron and ironing board were missing, notification made immediately and promptly acknowledged as we did not want to be responsible for anything missing, front screen door screen was ripped in a number of spots and the pull out sofa was pulled out and it looked like it hasn't been...

“We loved our stay at this condo. The location is fantastic! It’s in downtown and so many places to go within very short walking distance. We did not rent a car because there was no need. We even did a wine tasting sail boat tour (highly recommend but reserve in advance because it sells out quickly) and we walked to the ocean but took an Uber back. Less than 10.
