  • Nestled between Bryan Lake and Lake Ann, this cozy home is centrally located for all of your up-north adventures. Guests will enjoy a secluded deck surrounded by trees and cabin feel with all of the amenities for a comfortable stay. The village of Lake Ann is a short 5 minute walk away and offers a brewery, grocery store, ice cream shop, coffee shop, park, and restaurant. Lake Ann Brewery has live outdoor music all summer long. Lake Ann DNR public boat launch only 1.4 miles away!

    All the modern amenities are at your fingertips including a well stocked kitchen, central AC, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, laundry, dishwasher, gas stove, dedicated workspace, and strong cell service.

    The house provides a convenient single floor living space. The living room and kitchen flow together in an open floor plan with easy access to a beautiful deck off the back of the house.

    Nearby attractions include: Traverse City (20 minutes), Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore (20 minutes), Extensive breweries, wineries, and distilleries located throughout Leelanau, Benzie, and Grand Traverse Counties, Lake Ann DNR public boat launch (3 minutes), Crystal Mountain Resort (25 minutes), Local hiking and mountain bike trails at Lake Ann Pathway, Ransom Lake Natural Area, and Lower Woodcock Lake Nature Preserve (5 minutes or less), Endless miles of ORV trails.

Clean and well appointed. Kitchen and bathrooms were in great working order. All on one level which was great for my bump knee (no interior stairs.)

Mostly quiet, some road noise. The master king bed is very high, little difficult to get in. No TV in master, but did have one in other queen bedroom. Lovely home and well equipped.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Beds were very comfortable. We had a cozy Christmas here. Hope to do it again next year!

We had a wonderful stay in Lake Ann and would highly recommend this property.We were in town for my daughter Elizabeth's wedding, and the location could not have been more convenient. The bridesmaids were staying together at a large lake house nearby, the groomsmen had similar accommodations close by, and this home provided the perfect place for me during the wedding weekend. Everything was just minutes away, including the beautiful vineyard where the ceremony and reception were held.The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was quiet, well maintained, and provided a relaxing place to unwind during what was a very busy and emotional weekend.As the father of the bride, this was one of the most special weekends of my life. Having a comfortable place to stay so close to family, friends, and all of the wedding activities made the experience even better. Between the beautiful setting of Lake Ann, the nearby lake homes where the bridal parties stayed, and the stunning vineyard venue, the entire weekend felt magical.Thank you for helping make such an important family celebration even more memorable. I would gladly stay here again.

Great stay, Charming Village

The house was clean and we loved the outdoor space. Convenience to all the beautiful lakes and small village with coffee shop, restaurants, and grocery store where a plus.

This a great place to be for a more relaxed stay, but still have easy access to Traverse City and the other cute lake towns in the area. Northport was 30 minutes away and everything else was about 15 minutes away. We would definitely come back.

Had a great time in Lake Ann. Even with the snowstorm while we were there.The cabin was clean and well maintained. If we forgot anything, the General Store had it. Chad kept in touch the whole time we were there which was very much appreciated. Thanks again

Family Get Away

I traveled with my son's family which includes three grandsons. We had a great time staying here. The kids spoke with neighbors and were able to fish from nearby properties when we weren't on the go doing activities and seeing sights. Great location near many things.

We loved this cute, cozy and comfortable home that is convenient to all the many attractions of this area. Everything was very clean and the owner very welcoming and ready to assist if we needed anything. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Comfy and Cozy

The Lake Ann house was the perfect size and location for our exploration around The Cherry Coast. Little details added up to relaxing and comfortable stay: dog run for our pup, deck with cozy chairs for morning coffee, thoughtful supplies/amenities in kitchen, loved having garage for cars
