"Had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and very well-stocked—we really appreciated the 'hotel-style' amenities like the extra towels and soaps. For a group of our size, the only minor hurdle was fridge space. Adding a second refrigerator on the lower level would be a game-changer for storing premade meals. That said, we loved the place and would highly recommend it to anyone!"

Wonderful house

Property was great. Owner and manager great. Location great. Only hassle was at entry gate. They wanted vehicle registration, we had a rental car and my adult children had on-line documentation which they were not happy with. It was resolved but troublesome none the less. Otherwise loved the property.

Fantastic Getaway, Spacious New and Clean

We have stayed in various other homes in the Hideaway Community, but this was by far the best. We went up for a weekend getaway to use the Community Ski Hill for the weekend. The Amenities at the hideout are amazing. This house was so bug it easily accommodated our group of 12 with Extra Large Kitchen and huge dining room table for plenty of late night card games. Lots of games and entertainment for the kids, huge spacious bedrooms, the kids loved the Cabin themed bunk beds. Jennifer was accomodating and so easy to work with. We had a great weekend in their spacious cozy home. Highly recommended and would be back again.

Wonderful property

My family and I stayed here for a ski weekend and the accommodations were just as described. The home is clean, spacious, and well equipped for what you need. We loved the fireplace and sauna after a long ski day. I would highly recommend it and come back.

Home away from home

Our family stayed at the fawn Château to celebrate our son‘s wedding which was being held at the lodge in the hideout community. The pictures of the home were exactly as depicted on the Vrbo app. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. thank you so much for providing a wonderful, comfortable Getaway home.

Family Pocono Outing

The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The kids stayed on the bottom floor with the games and bunk room and loved every minute. Big spacious deck and large dining table for the whole family. Only 25min to Lake Wallenpaupak for a day of pontoon and innertube pull that was a blast at Rubber Duckie rentals. Gas grill was really nice and kitchen has everything, air fryer, crockpot, and even a big margarita maker! Highly recommend this home, from walking around it’s one of the nicest homes in the Hideout.

Friends vacay!

We loved our stay at the Fawn Chateau! Finding a cabin large enough for a variety of ages and 3 different families can be a challenge, but this cabin was perfect for us! The host was very responsive to our needs and the entire process was hassle free. We loved sitting on the large deck drinking coffee in am waiting to start our day! The Hideout community and local attractions were more limited than I had realized, but regardless we totally had fun at the pools and the beach! It's rare to find a pool that has a deep end that allows diving and cannonballs and my teen certainly appreciated that! If we ever venture to Lake Ariel again we would choose Jennifer as our host 😃

Fawn chateau

We had a lovely time. The house was set up exactly as described. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out together or do their own thing. The kitchen was great! Everything we needed by way of appliances. We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinners there depending on the day. The bedrooms were all very comfortable with enough room to set up the crib and toddler beds needed for the little ones. The older kids loved the rustic bunk bed set up and the game room was used by everyone. Thank you for such a nice home away from home.

Hello, we had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. Everthing was clean and up to date. We had a couple of minor issues but the owner was very helpful and got things handled as quickly as possible. Lovely home and hope we can come again!

The house is beautiful, clean and fully equipped with everything. Jennifer was amazing and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, the only thing was most of the amenities were closed because of the weather and the new year I guess.

Wonderland!

We were lucky enough to stay at this beautiful, spacious, sparkling clean residence. It was a dream, plenty of space for the family, kids loved the games down stairs, parents loved the sauna, the sun deck was adored by grandma and the beds are extremely comfortable! The owner was quick to respond with any and all questions, we cannot wait to come back! Thank you for hosting us and making memories that will last a lifetime.

Great Weekend in The Poconos

Spent a weekend at the house with some friends. Really loved the house. It was probably the cleanest home rental I've ever stayed in (no sticky floors! can you imagine?!). Had all we needed for cooking meals. Was also great to play some pickleball on the communities indoor courts!

Beautiful Home!

A group of friends and I rented this property and we couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay! From the moment we opened the door, we were amazed at the cleanliness, the open areas, and the amount of things to do! The bottom floor of the home aided our younger selves with an air hockey table, multiple old school games (Miss Pac Man & PinBall), and if we felt like relaxing - we could spend some time in the Sauna. The Second floor had enough space that NINE people felt like it wasn't enough to fill the seats at the table. Finally the third floor provided some nice quiet bedrooms when it came time to relax and unwind. Having all amenities within 5 miles (the golf course being a 30 second drive down the road!) was also a major plus! The owner was always available if we needed her and was a joy to talk to and get to know! If our group needed ANYTHING, she was there to help out. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be looking to return to this home in the near future!

Perfection!

Our host was outstanding with communication from booking through check-out. The home is amazing, VERY clean, and easily accommodates 2 families with different aged children. The main floor’s open concept is great for the entire group to spend time together, but the game room on the 1st floor offers the kids their own space to play, sleep, and shower….the best part may be the basement door that closes when they’re down there! Almost too many bathrooms, if that’s possible, and the location is convenient to everything you need. The Hideout’s private ski hill is perfect for varying skill levels, and you will not beat the prices for rental and lift tickets. Really, really impressive property, definitely recommend!

Great Weekend Away

We rented this house for a 60th birthday/ladies getaway. There were nine of us and we were able to sleep comfortably with plenty of room. The home was gorgeous, updated and spacious. The check-in process was easy and Jennifer was very responsive to all of our questions. We would highly recommend this rental!

Great House/ Great Neighborhood

The Fawn Chateau is a great house! It is loaded with everything you need for a fun weekend away. The neighborhood is loaded with amenities to entertain. We went tubing at Hideout Ski Slope and it was perfect for our group! Jennifer was great to work with she is always there when you need her and quick to respond!

Highly recommend!

We stayed here with two other families and had plenty of space with 6 adults and 8 kids ranging from 18mo to 14YO. The kids loved the downstairs- the arcade games were a big hit and the adults loved the open concept upstairs. The kitchen had everything you could possible need and more. Dining room table fit everyone. The home is brand new, professionally decorated and incredibly clean. Everyone was commenting about how comfortable the beds are. This was the perfect place to spend the Christmas holiday with family. Quiet and safe neighborhood and probably lots to do in the community in warmer weather. Highly recommend!

Great family retreat

My family had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful, very clean, and spacious home. The minute we walked in and saw that it was just as described in the listing we knew we picked the right place to make new family memories.
