I especially want to highlight the excellent service provided by Jennifer. She was attentive, kind, and made sure all of my needs were met. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Lake Arrowhead Inn to anyone visiting the area. "I understand that it is a very old property and for obvious reasons the facilities will be old, but what bothered me was the lack of cleanliness, the size of the room did not correspond to the images shown on the platform, the description mentioned that it had certain things I didn't had to request them personally, as well as the cleaning of the room, which they didn't do either, there was a lack of toilet paper and the breakfast said continental and it was only fruit, bread and coffee."
