We enjoyed the unit and loved all of the space and quantity of kitchen dishes. We were very disappointed in our ability to control the thermostat and were very cold. The manager told us they “forgot” to change the settings. It was in the 20’s and the house needs storm windows. The windows leak badly! We finally called for help and still could not get it to stay warm at night. Each room needs an available supply of blankets. I did not know that one room had all of the blankets in it. Another firm chair other than a wooden chair would be nice for the living room. The couch is very squishy and if you have a bad back or have difficulty getting out of soft furniture, this is a disadvantage.
