ACCESS AND PARKING

Self check-in with a keypad smart lock on the front door and a private entrance. Park 2 cars in front and 3 in back, with room for a boat trailer. You will want a car. Milwaukee's airport is about 45 minutes away and Chicago O'Hare about 60. Rideshare is available in the area.



AREA

Downtown Lake Geneva's shops, coffee spots and lakefront dining are about 2 minutes by car, and the beach about 4. Hawk's View Golf Club is about 8 minutes away. Walmart and other stores are close by for stocking up.



GOOD TO KNOW

• Bedroom 3 and the lower-level lounge are down about 14 stairs, with a handrail.

• All three bathrooms have stand-up showers; there is no bathtub.

• Dogs of any size and number are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee applies. No cats.

• Exterior security cameras overlook the front of the house, the back deck and the backyard.

• A noise monitor measures decibel levels only; no audio is recorded.

• The garage is not available to guests. There is no high chair.

• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. No smoking inside. Minimum booking age 24.

• Before arrival, guests complete our Guest Portal, sign an electronic rental agreement, and choose either a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit authorization.
