ACCESS AND PARKING

The whole home is yours. Self check-in with a smart lock. The on-site parking lot fits up to 6 cars (the garage is not for parking). Bring a car: there are no sidewalks for the first stretch toward town. Milwaukee Mitchell Airport is about 45 minutes away and Chicago O'Hare about 60.



AREA

Downtown Lake Geneva's shops, restaurants and lakefront are about 2 minutes by car, and the public beach about 4. Nearby: the Geneva Lake Museum, Lake Geneva Cruise Line, the Tristan Crist Magic Theatre and Hawk's View Golf Club. The home is not lakefront.



GOOD TO KNOW

• Both bedrooms and the bathroom are on the main floor; the game room is about 18 stairs down.

• One full bathroom for up to 6 guests.

• The garage hangout is not heated.

• Dogs welcome with prior approval, any number or size. A pet fee applies.

• Exterior security cameras cover the front door and the area above the garage. No indoor cameras.

• A noise monitor measures decibel levels only; no audio is recorded.

• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. No smoking inside.

• Before arrival, guests complete our Guest Portal and sign an electronic rental agreement.
