Harmony Lakeview Haven is your perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. It features three cozy bedrooms and two tastefully appointed bathrooms, along with a practical laundry room. The centerpiece of this haven is the modern, fully-equipped kitchen with elegant granite countertops, ideal for culinary explorations. Adjacent to it is the spacious dining room, ready to create lasting memories over meals.

In Harmony Lakeview Haven's extensive living room, relax and unwind with a wood pellet stove, a flat-screen TV with a sound bar and subwoofer, and a game table offering a variety of games. The highlight is the large family room, a dream for game lovers, with a 4 x 8 pool table, arcade games, an XBOX ONE, and more. For diverse entertainment, the home boasts five flat-screen TVs, two DVD players, a radio, and a CD player. To keep you comfortable during the summer, the home is equipped with ceiling fans and ductless A/C on the main level.

Step outside at Harmony Lakeview Haven into your personal oasis, featuring a 6-person hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Please note: Harmony Lakeview Haven is a peaceful retreat welcoming guests who are 24 or older. We are dedicated to preserving a tranquil community and do not accommodate young groups, proms, or bachelor parties.

Guests can access the entire cabin, outdoor fire pit, and private Lake Harmony just a few minutes' stroll away. The lake permits fishing, power boating, water skiing, and paddle boarding, picnic tables, beach volleyball, tennis courts, and shuffleboard. A mini-downtown with restaurants, nightlife, cafes, bars, shops, post office, and country store is just a 4-minute drive away. This is the perfect vacation rental for families and groups seeking a luxurious and convenient getaway in Lake Harmony, PA.

✷ Must meet the minimum age requirement of 23. The host will verify a government-issued ID

✷ The home has 1 flight of stairs.

✷ No worries about bed sheets/linens as they are provided! Beds are also comfortably furnished with mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts.

✷ 10 Towels (1 per guest) are provided as well as 2 kitchen towels and 3 hand towels (1 per bathroom). We do not provide beach towels or hot tub bathrobes.

✷ A hot tub fee of $100 will be applied if upon check out, the jacuzzi water turns cloudy/muddy/sandy/residue floating.

✷ Extra cleaning services beyond routine cleaning will also be applied depending on how long our crew takes to clean.

✷ Check-out is promptly at 10am.

>> There will be a late check-out charge incurred of $150 for each hour past
the 10am check-out time.

>> Late check-out requests may be made via the online booking platform, beginning 24 hours prior to the actual check-out date and time (10am the day prior). Late check-out will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will only be considered if there is no other guest checking in that same day.

>> If late check-out is approved, the fee will be $50 per additional hour. Alternatively, the Host may offer a discount to extend the stay for an additional day.

***** Pet Rules:
- No dogs under 1-year-old.
- No dogs over 30lbs.
- No more than 2 dogs are allowed.
- Pet fees are, $60.00/dog for 2-4 nights and $120./dog for 5+ nights.
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE OR BEDS.
- If pet hair is found on beds or furniture, an excessive cleaning fee will be applied.
- Guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags.
-No pets on the community beach.
- Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur.
- Do NOT leave your dog in the home unattended.
- If guests’ dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily.
- Guests must pick up after their dog/s and discard waste properly.
- Dogs are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage.
- Guest's dog must be on a leash when outside.
- Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes.
- Excessively barking dogs are not allowed. Fees will be applied in the event that neighbors or security complain about dogs barking.
