Highly recommended!We love this property, we have rented it for 5 consecutive years, super nice, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.It is the perfect house for my family. Everything in the house is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen well equipped. Easy access to Lake Havasu. Enough area for parking cars and boats. The pool was wonderful!Communication with property manager is easy, thanks Crystal Wildman

property manager

i requested the prop manager to do a walk thru with me. she said she didn't need as she cleaned it. I demanded and I took a video of the home and showed her many things. Then I asked when pool weas cleaned as we had our pet and dint want him to get out. she didn't know, req garage door openers she didn't know. ask her to ask owners she never did. drop off batteries left on front porch. smoke detector chirp so i put new battery in it had to use ladder, the batteries she brought were no good. she said she would send someone to fix and never did so we got new battery and fixed. the icemaker dint work she finally contacted owner and let us know it was leaking so they shut it off. Top of extra bedroom door was loose and wouldn't shut. We had to get new screws and fix. It was like she didn't know anything about the house. Dog urine on bed skirt, curtains in master bedroom and shredded in dining room. Bugs in laundry room, cobwebs in some corners. she told us garbage day on Wednesdays, it changed to Mondays almost a year ago and neighbor told us that. The home itself and especially the pool area was lovely. It was our 50th anniversary so decided to enjoy the home and lake Havasu. It needs a deep clean, but owners have a great home. Would stay again with different property manager. WE have used vrbo for over 6 years now and this was the first rough experience we had. So, for the first 4 days we were upset. Then we loved every minute.

Lake Havasu Labor Day Trip 2024

Had a great first trip to Lake Havasu! Rental was spacious, clean, and well appointed for our group of 7. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen, outdoor pool, and pool table at the house and we were just a short drive to boating activities. Would stay again on our next visit! Thank you to our host!

Family Vacation

Great space for everyone to enjoy. The pool/jacuzzi and pool table were big hits for the whole family to enjoy. Kelli was gracious and available for all of our questions/needs. Can't wait to come back!

Great Location, Great Neighborhood, Comfortable Home

We stayed this past weekend and this home os one of my favorite VRBO's. The beds are very comfortable, there is plenty of table seating and the backyard / pool area is perfect for some R & R. Kelli was awesome and made us feel very welcome.

Lovely Desert Getaway

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. Kelli was very responsive and very friendly. The location was perfect, a beautiful neighborhood that was close to the village, restaurants, shopping, lake access, and boat launch ramps. The home was clean and had plenty of room. Unlike many Havasu rentals, the property included garage access which was a nice surprise. The house was equipped with all necessary items, cookware, platters, Tupperware, pool toys, and even an air compressor to inflate our towables! We will definitely book again!

Perfect vacation home

My family and I had a great time staying at this place. House was very spacious had everything we needed for are 5 day stay. The neighborhood was very nice. Kelli was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again on my next trip to Havasu.

Fun in the Sun

We stayed here for a family event and it was close to everything. Loved walking the neighborhood amongst the lovely homes. We experienced a smell upon entering (maybe it wasn't aired out,) but it was gone the next day. We loved the jacuzzi and pool and the pool table!! We would stay here again.

Awesome experience, Deep but Heated Pool

Great experience, great host in Kelli! Well equipped and maintained house, you can tell pride in ownership. Little things like water softener, pool toy inflators, spare toys, and RO water make this a truly relaxing experience. Pool was heated and warm, spa was amazing. No gripes other than a caution note about the depth of the pool, which may work for older/experienced swimmers. If you had young kids or inexperienced swimmers in your stay, note that only about half the pool is shallow enough to use....the deeper half goes deep quickly!
