  • Kick back and relax in this calm, modern and stylish space—perfect for a peaceful mountain getaway.

    Sunflower Cottage is a brand-new rental, thoughtfully built in 2023, nestled on two private acres of serene country living with stunning mountain views.

    Enjoy the fully enclosed backyard, complete with a barbecue grill, utensils, outdoor dining table and chairs, and a cozy gas fire pit—perfect for starry nights and fresh mountain air.

    Surrounded by nature, you’ll find plenty of nearby hiking and biking trails. We’re ideally located for exploring some of Arizona’s most breathtaking destinations, including the Grand Canyon, Snowbowl, Sedona, and Lake Mary.

    Please note: We’re situated just off a dirt road, adjacent to the highway for convenient access. Starting in March, the County will be conducting road and front yard drainage improvements to enhance the property’s accessibility.

    For your security, this property is equipped with external security cameras.

The cottage had everything I needed. Very well stocked kitchen with appliances and cooking equipment. The cottage was clean and taken care of. I would definitely recommend a stay there.

Lovely two bedroom home outside of Flagstaff. The hosts have made sure their guests have everything they need for a pleasant stay(games, condiments, toiletries, alexa and tvs in every room) Beds were very comfortable.We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this one is definitely one of my favorites! Will definitely stay here again

From the location being in the center of accessing the Grand Canyon area or Sedona, just take your pick of adventures. The hosts are great and give attention to every detail. We loved our stay.

This house is perfect. The kitchen and bathroom is well stocked. The fenced outdoor area is nice and cozy. The location is perfect and allowed us to explore a ton of northern Arizona during our trip. If we are back in the area, we definitely hope to stay again.

Our stay at the cottage was one of best places we’ve stayed. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our hosts stayed in contact with us as needed. Sunflower Cottage is just outside of the city and centrally located to all the attractions (Grand Canyon, mountains,Bearizona, etc.). We would highly recommend the Sunflower Cottage to anyone traveling in the Flagstaff Area.

Very clean and relaxing stay. Comfy beds, and a nice outdoor area for star gazing. The host was great and everything on the listing was spot on! I would highly recommend if you are planning a stay in the Flagstaff area!

This was by far one of the best properties I've stayed at through VRBO. It had absolutely everything you could want or need, and it was so homey and cute! I can't think of anything that would have made it better.

Regina’s home was extremely well supplied with everything you would need for your stay. The home was spotless. We had a great stay and highly recommend this delightful home. We loved the location as we like being a little out of town. Visiting Sunset Crater and Wupatki National Monuments are right there for your enjoyment. Both are a must do in our opinion. We can’t wait until we return to we very comfortable home.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the cottage and we truly enjoyed our time in and around Flagstaff. The space was spotless and perfect for our family of four, making it both comfortable and relaxing. It also served as a home base for exploring the Grand Canyon, Antelope Slot Canyon, and Sedona. Regina was incredibly responsive before and throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Husband and I stayed for a long weekend and we would stay at this property again and highly recommend this property. It was centrally located to many different areas we wanted to visit. Property was very clean and everything was well stocked. Regina texted several times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Clean and Easy Access

This property was perfect for our two night stay in Flagstaff. The location allowed for easy highway access for our one-day trip to Page, AZ. The property was clean and a great view of the mountains.
