“I loved everything about our stay except for one thing which is partially my own fault for not asking one question before booking. I was misled twice about accessibility before we traveled to the property and again at check-in. The number of stairs. Before we arrived I was told there were only “5” stairs but assured that we were in the “lower level”. It was actually more like 12 steps and there was no place to put or charge my mobility scooter. I should have asked sooner and for more detail....

“Our family of five had a great stay at this rental… beautiful house, clean and amazing location! Lake Tahoe is just a few feet away from the back deck! The community the house is located in is clean and safe and it’s walking distance from King’s Beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. We had to call the property’s helpline a couple times and they answered promptly and helped us right away. “Our stay in Tahoe was more enjoyable with this house. Good location and right on the water. The home is right off North Lake Blvd so there is some traffic noise but the view and being lakefront more than make up for the noise. ”

“Lovely location to see the Lake and access to it. The unit itself was wonderful. No complaints. It was unfortunate that after booking the larger complex closed the hot tub and pools due to resurfacing so we did not get to enjoy the extra amenities. We would have loved the hot tub and pool after a cold plunge in the lake. However, the actual unit was very good and I would stay there again! Loved location as walking to food and Whole Foods. ”

“The floors were dirty as evidenced by my filthy slippers. There was a red wine stain on the floor near the fireplace, which I wiped up. The vacuum does NOT work. The battery needs to be replaced (charging it does not work). We shouldn’t have to launder our sheets and towels. I have never had to do this in other VRBO homes.This was particularly difficult after having Thanksgiving dinner and then leaving on a 6 a.m. flight the next day.
