Apartamentos en Lake Tekapo

“The only thing we had problem we encountered was no written instructions how to operate the 2 in 1 washer/dryer. We washed our clothes without problems. But, couldn’t figure out how to operate the “dryer” mode. We had to go look for a laundry mat to dry our clothes.”

“Excellent location. Clean, tidy and all the comforts you could need or want. Check in was a breeze. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again . Excellent A+++++”

“Super cute and well equipped house close to the centre. heated bathroom with heated tiles. Our favourite part was the beautiful views of the lake and snow capped mountains from the back patio, even spotted some bunnies.”

“After a long journey, arrived to a room that had not been cleaned from last guests. Called owner to complain and he offered us the room next door which was prepared fro new guests. We accepted but felt the room wasn’t as clean as it should be. We asked for a discount but was refused. I felt it was overpriced. ”

“Hi GuysHi GuysI am a little disappointed in Bookabach. Yesterday One of my guides was transferring a group of 13 guests through to Tekapo for an overnight. Unfortunately 10 kilometres south of the town there was a fatal accident where one person was killed. I Immediately got in touch with Lulu to let her know the situation as there was no other route to get to Tekapo. My guide had to back track to Twizel and book all of his guests and himself into Distinction hotel.Lulu informed me that there...

“Clean and easy check-in. When we got there the fridge had been turned off and had an odor to it, also no milk for tea. You can hear and smell the cooking from the many adjacent neighbours. Cant open window due to no screen and missing simple things like hooks to hang things in the bathroom and no hand towel rack either. Too over priced for a room with no cooking (just a microwave wold have been good).”

“Place is clean and nice. Has a good location - close to the grocery store, observatory and short drive to the church. However, unit is not as described and pictures not fully show how it really looks. First, it’s not private, well it’s hotel room with kitchenette and bathroom but there are more units in this building and hall. It’s not private because it’s entrance door are partially glass door. View from this particular room is on the parking and trash bins. It’s also on the ground level so...

“Good communication with host, clear instructions for contactless entry. Modern apartment with a good kitchen and washing machine, comfortable bed. However the apartment is a bit run down with damage to the walls from furniture, the floor mat in the lounge is stained, there is mould in the shower, weeds and cigarette butts in the garden. If these were fixed, I would rate this property as a 5/5. The location was good, a quiet complex, deficated parking and a nice little outdoor area.”

“Very nice home. It was well equipped and clean. Especially enjoyed each room having its own bathroom. Good communication from the hosts and was pretty close to the town center. Would definitely stay there again.”

“It was the best in the town centre! Close to everywhere! Easy parking! Beautiful room and scenery! Worth money! ”

“Very clean well appointed accommodation. We stayed in the 2 bedroom section, beds comfy and quiet location. ”
