“I tried to cancel with them on May 20 and they would not. They said I didn’t have a reservation and so they didn’t cancel and then they charged me for it on June 15 I negotiated it down and they should’ve gave me a full refund because they said I didn’t have a reservation”

“This hotel is one of the nicer places to stay in Mountain Home. It's not the Ritz - but it is CLEAN (don't let the main lobby area sway you - the rooms were spotless!), and the staff was constantly ABOVE AND BEYOND on asking if you need anything, asking if they can assist in anyway. I usually HATE hotel room carpets - but our room was nearly SPOTLESS. It was a hot day and our room AC was SUPER COLD! We didn't stay long, but the morning, freshly ground and brewed coffee was actually really good....

“Room was clean , definitely could use USB outlets. The tub didn't drain after taking a shower , the soap and shampoo dispensers didn't pump need to replace . Breakfast was nice”

“Great hosts! So friendly and exactly what we needed while we moved to town. It was cute, warm on the cold night and our pets loved the yard! Thank you! We will keep you in mind for family coming up to visit. The cutest little place ever. ”

“The cabin was great. Keep in mind there is no shower but the claw tub was so nice we enjoyed soaking each night. The only downside was the driveway. The host is wonderful in communication about it so we were prepared. It just has a dip where a creek flowed through. Our tiny Honda Fit went through it just fine. They are very open and great to work with. We would be happy to stay again if the need arose. ”
