“This property was very peaceful and serene. Lovely lake views from main floor and upstairs. We opened the shades upstairs at night so we could see the lake when we woke up each morning. It was absolutely lovely.”

“My family has stayed in this lovely condo twice in the past three years. It has always been immaculate, convenient and easy to rent. Our only problem was that one of our family was bitten by a brown recluse while in bed over the July 4th holiday. (She smashed it on her neck and was able to identify it.) She spent 3 hours in the ER, where the docs also ID'd the bite, put her on antibiotics immediately and watched the progress. They got to it quickly, so other than a big scare, she was eventually...

“Overall, it was a good rental. The place itself, clean and roomy. Full kitchen which I didn’t take advantage of. It was quiet and peaceful. There is someone living above but the very occasional floor thumping (not loud or late) was not an issue. Good stuff. - location was perfect for me. If you want to explore downtown, it’s perfect. Casey’s is a minute away by car for coffee and gas. Corer both for breakfast is a 2 minute walk. Nothing special food wise but certainly decent. - it is roomy and...

“Location and cleanliness is excellent. Was disappointed there is not an actual table with chairs to sit and eat a meal. The high table with small flimsy stools is inadequate and uncomfortable. Also, sofa is terribly uncomfortable.”

“Very convenient and comfortable property in a pleasant woodland setting, but with ready access to sites and shops. And all for a quite reasonable price. I highly recommend a stay.”

“Okay this was not my favorite place to stay. The cabins NEED a lot of work, however it has a new owner who we did meet and he is working on getting them in much better shape. Once things are fixed, ie stove tops, showers windows, fire rings, air/heat, rodent poop and the overall structure of the cabins it should be a great place to stay. We plan on going back in a year and see how well he has done!!! Oh, the bed in cabin 3 was very comfortable! Not so good in cabin 4. We went to see friends we...

“It was very nice and worth the money. I would recommend. The host was very responsive when I had questions.”

“Beautiful little cottage style house We will definitely be booking it again in the future Everything was clean and the air conditioner worked great Only thing is the washer and dryer dryer was out of service other than that it was a amazing place to stay very comfortable and made me feel like at home”

“The place was very clean and neat. I sent the host a message and mentioned that maybe they could put a toaster in the kitchen , because if pple are doing breakfast they might want toast.Well shortly after that a toaster was delivered to the property. Great host to deal with”

“This was the perfect place for our family of 4 to stay! We were just passing through on our way to Missouri and needed a place to sleep but it had every amenity needed! It was located right in town close to restaurants and Fogdog coffee shop. The house setup is very cute. I would definitely stay here again!”
