“The stay was great. To say it was old is an understatement, 700 years is the oldest I've ever stayed in and the condition the owners have maintained is brilliant. If you're looking for a historical twee experience, go for this. The cost of the hotel and meals is inexpensive and good quality, the breakfast basic continental but Ok. We loved it.”

“Stayed in the little huts at the top of the hill. Really well kitted out. Underfloor heating so the cabin warmed up fast. Would be good if you had dogs because you can just let them straight out. Evening meal was really nice. Could have eaten everything off the menu. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Didn't use the gym but it has enough for you do do a work out and get a sweat on. Would stay here again. ”

“A nice hotel, well appointed in the public areas. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Boti the chef. The room was small however there was a separate study/dressing room area. There is a somewhat terrifying lift to the upper floors. A good substantial breakfast was included. It is situated in the town centre very close to the railway station. ”

“Primer día nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación 2 veces por diferentes causas ( no funcionaba la tv y ventana rota) todos los días teníamos que bajar a recepción por que no funcionaba la tarjeta para abrír la puerta y el último día llegamos a la habitación y no había toallas con lo cual toco bajar una segunda vez. “The Food was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean It would have been nice to have a fridge and a safe in the room to store my passport and valuables It would have been nice to have an iron and drawers to put things into. I stayed for 5 nights so all the above would have made the stay a better experience”
