Our stay was overall pleasant, though the property didn’t quite reach a five-star level. Rent Branson deserves high praise for their excellent communication — they were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.The house is very well stocked with everything you might need, which was a big plus. The water pressure is good, the furniture is comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. However, a few areas could use attention: the second bedroom on main living area has burlap curtains instead of doors, the carpeting on stairs to 2nd floor and master bedroom carpets on main level need a deep cleaning, also, several pool stick cues were missing tips. The outdoor area is pretty but the grounds are slightly sloped rather than flat, and there are small rocks you walk over to reach the waters edge.We were really looking forward to using the swimming pool and were charged an additional fee for it just before our arrival, (this was not included in the rental cost). Upon arrival, we discovered that the pool was closed for the season, which had never been communicated to us. We were very disappointed; however, the pool fee was promptly refunded, which we appreciated.Overall, great service and amenities — enjoyed our time in Branson.
