We can thoroughly recommend both the Chapel Rock Café located directly opposite the cottage, together with The King’s Arms for a lovely meal, just a few minutes walk away. Also, the host is quick to respond. Just a few niggles… My husband is just over 6ft tall and did bang his head on the low ceilings downstairs a few times. “We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Originally we planned only 2 nights, but decided to extend, because we liked it so much, so we had a chance to try more than one rooms. The location is beautiful, the rooms looked great, the beds were comfy and the staff were super friendly and helpful.”

“we just stayed for 3 days and barely used the room but at night was quiet and always clean. The host was kind and always pending of whatever we would need. Nice restaurants near the hotel and also the bus station was just a few blocks away.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Borthalan Hotel. Room was lovely, comfy bed, with a great shower in bathroom. Area was quiet with great walks to beach and St.Ives. Train station close by if you dont feel like walking. Breakfast was superb and our hosts Margaret and Martin were perfect. Hoping to return very soon. ”

“Lisa hat ein sehr schönes Häuschen, abseits vom Trubel der Stadt, aber doch nah am Zentrum mit kleinem Garten und sehr netten Nachbarn. Bei den engen Straßen in Cornwall ist es fast besser ohne Auto zu kommen. wir konnten aber gegen Gebühr beim RFC Rugby Club parken, der etwa 7 Minuten entfernt ist. wir haben den Urlaub bei ihr genossen und möchten uns für die schöne Zeit bedanken.”
