“Loved the property. Very nice way to relax after a day of driving. Geese & ducks are hatching their young on the river. Was cool to listen to them speak to each other. Unusual layout, but it works!! Beds were comfortable, furnace heating was amazing. The house behind the property made us uneasy, but we kept to ourselves. I think you should own more properties for rental if you can. God Bless. “Sherri was very wonderful and the stay was great. We had a family baptism and a few family members came over for breakfast. The kitchen has all the essentials and more and everything is well prepared for a stay. The patio’s are lovely and the hot tub is private with beautiful lights. We felt right at home and enjoyed the open floor plan. Plenty of natural light and the decor and fixtures are lovely. Highly recommend!”

“This experience was excellent! We traveled to Souix Falls to attend the 2024 Pheasant Fest Convention. We needed a pet friendly house. This was definitely it! Great location with a fenced in yard that backs up to a large park. Nice quiet location. Very comfortably house. So much better than staying in a hotel with our dogs:)”

“In Sioux Falls for a graduation from Augustana, which was just down the street. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I wasn’t familiar with was a Roku tv so struggled a little with that. Network/local channels weren’t available, or at least I couldn’t find them. More family at Augustana so this is a great option for future stays in Sioux Falls.”

“This was a great place to stay. WiFi was very spotty and could not really use for phones or laptops while we were there. Game room was great and we used the spa everyday. Great communication with host. Master bed needs to be replaced as the frame is coming apart but mattress was great. ”

We were given the brick house and it was clean and quiet with beautiful outdoor spaces! This is the reason I gave only 2 stars for accuracy of listing because I can only speak to the brick house.
