The apartment is situated in an unbeatable location, just a few metres from "La Puntilla", one of the beaches that make up the great beach of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, called "Las Canteras".

From its balcony, it offers lateral views of the beach and the area of terraces and restaurants. The apartment has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay.

It has one bedroom with two single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony allows you to enjoy an outdoor breakfast. There is a lift in the building, although the flat is on the first floor and comfortably accessible by stairs.

Las Canteras Beach is one of the most famous urban beaches in Spain. It stretches for approximately 3 kilometers and is known for its golden sand and vibrant atmosphere. The beach is protected by a natural reef barrier called “La Barra,” which creates calm waters ideal for swimming and snorkelling. In addition, Las Canteras is a popular spot for surfing, especially in the La Cícer area.

Along the promenade, you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops, offering a complete experience for both tourists and locals. The beach is also a hub for cultural and sporting activities, and it’s common to see people enjoying beach sports, live music, and outdoor events. Thanks to its pleasant year-round climate, it’s an ideal destination to enjoy the sun and the sea in any season.

The property is easily accessible by car. Gran Canaria Airport (LPA) is approximately a 30-minute drive away.

Getting around Playa de Las Canteras is quite simple and comfortable, as it has a well-developed infrastructure to facilitate the movement of visitors.

Here are some recommendations:Walking: The promenade along the beach is perfect for walking. You can walk the entire length of the beach, enjoying the views, the sea breeze and the wide variety of shops and restaurants along the promenade. Bike: Bike lanes are available in certain areas of the promenade, making it an excellent option for getting around quickly and in an environmentally friendly way. In addition, there are several bike rental points nearby.

Public Transport: Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has a good network of buses that will allow you to get to the beach from different parts of the city. Public bus lines (Guaguas) are frequent and affordable. Car: If you prefer to use a car, there are several car parks close to the beach, although it can be difficult to find a parking space during peak hours or high season.

In addition, many nearby streets have regulated parking areas. Taxis: You can also opt for taxis, which are easily accessible and relatively inexpensive. There are several taxi ranks near the beach. Electric scooter: As in many modern cities, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, you can also rent electric scooters, a practical and fun option for getting around the area quickly.

Getting around Playa de Las Canteras is very accessible thanks to its well-maintained infrastructure and diverse transport options.
