What a fun, fun house for an active family of 15. Ages 9-78. Pickleball court, volleyball court, cornhole, 3 hole putting green, outdoor jenga blocks, and large pool. Lots of indoor games as well. There was something for everyone.House was close to stores and restaurants. We ate all of our meals at the house. Large covered patio with gas grill area off the back of the house. Plenty of dishware and utensils etc. Although we could have used more big bowls and sturdier cookware. Freemont Street and The Strip were an easy 15 minute drive from the house. Although everyone was quite content to stay at the house and play and talk and eat and drink and catch grasshoppers. We utilized all sleeping areas and the 2 teenagers stayed in the “cottage” and the younger 5 all fit in the bunk bed with a cot as well. I felt 15 people would be a max before it got cramped. Air conditioning at times was a bit sketchy. We had a very unusual week of high 90’s and even 100 degree days, Tough for the AC but great for the pool.House was dated but a comfortable vibe. Hodi was a great host and answered all my questions and concerns in a very timely fashion. Great visit, Hodi. Thanks!

The property was advertised with many family-friendly amenities that my family and I were really looking forward to using. Unfortunately, from the beginning, our stay did not meet expectations.Check-in was listed as 4:00 PM, but when we arrived at 5:30 PM, the home had not yet been cleaned. Although the cleaning crew arrived shortly after and worked quickly, it delayed our ability to settle in and start our stay comfortably.More concerning were several safety and accuracy issues with the outdoor amenities. The children’s playground slide was broken and did not feel secure when the swings were in use. There was also broken glass scattered across the patio concrete, and unfortunately 2 member of our group stepped on glass. The trampoline pictured in the listing appeared much larger than the small one actually on the property. Additionally, a seesaw that was shown in the amenities photos was not available at the home.The basketball, volleyball, and golf areas were also not properly maintained. One of the main reasons we chose this home was for the amenities, as we were traveling with six children ranging from ages 3 to 13. Not having these features in safe, working, and accurately represented condition was very disappointing.For the amount of money we spent for two nights, the property fell short of expectations. Because of the safety concerns, misrepresentation of amenities, and initial cleanliness issue, I would rate this stay well below standards.

We had an amazing stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The big backyard was the absolute highlight—so spacious, private, and perfect for relaxing, hanging out, or enjoying mornings and evenings outdoors. It really made the stay feel special. The host was responsive and helpful, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place with outdoor space.

House has a lot of room and a lot of beds. Clean kitchen and bathrooms. We didn't see top sheets so I hope the comforters are washed. One bathroom did not have soap or body wash in the shower. We found a bug in one bedroom but otherwise clean. Games and nice outdoor space.

This house was absolutely incredible. Management was extremely kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with (including all the little details like washer and dryer, how to turn on the lights, how to use the A/C, etc.). Pickleball court is legendary Totally recommend!

This house was incredible for our large group. Lots of amenities with a large living space. Plenty of things to do at the house together. Everything was communicated well in advance, and the house had everything we needed! Our only complaint was that the house was a little warm since the AC couldn't go past a certain temperature, but we were able to manage! Thanks for all of the great memories and being such a great host!

The property was large enough for our group of 22. We enjoyed all of the listed amenities with the exception of the volleyball court (the frame that holds the net was bent) and the putting green (the turf was worn and had debris all over it). The home does not cool under 74 degrees, so beware if you’re an arctic polar bear like me who enjoys a 68-70 range. The best part of the property was definitely the host. She was attentive and accommodating, and answered all of our questions without any delay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay! Great location, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful host. Perfect for our family trip! Lots of space and things to keep kids busy! Loved the pool, foosball and ping pong table! Would definitely stay again!
