I paid over $700 for a week at this hotel, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The property gives off a strong “rent by the hour” vibe and is not somewhere I would feel comfortable bringing my wife and four children. Check in was smooth, but everything after that was unacceptable. By 3:30 PM, every trash can on the property was overflowing with garbage. Walking to the room, I saw a large burn hole in the wall and a window panel held together with tape. Inside, the windows were extremely thin and the only barrier between my family and the outside. I did not feel safe staying here. This is not just a cleanliness issue, this is a safety issue. What makes this worse is a clear bait and switch. The photos online show a clean and safe property, but the reality is completely different. I documented this with photos. Misrepresenting a property’s condition, especially regarding safety, is misleading and unacceptable. Because of these conditions, we had to leave and book another hotel for the safety of our family. Despite that, no refund was provided. Charging guests for a stay they cannot safely complete, especially families with children, is unacceptable. I feel completely misled into booking and lost over $700 on a property that is dirty, poorly maintained, and unsafe. Wyndham should reconsider attaching their name to this location. Stay anywhere else.

The beds were fine, but they need to clean the bathroom more thoroughly and be more attrentive, because when we arrived, there was hair from other people and the floor was dirty. I requested that my room be cleaned; threy told me they would come by, but when i checked later, the room was exactly as i had left it. They claimed that breakfast was provided, but when i when to check, there was closed- meaning i couldn't even use the microwave.

This is not a quiet area. The activities from across the street keeps you up at night. The lobby is locked and you talk to the attendant theough a glass window. Breakfast is served in a bag and handed to you. No coffee pot in the room. Would not recommend this place In fact we left early and got another room elsewhere.

Pros Room was clean and good price. Cons Room cards did not work and had to go to desk every time to enter room. Ice machine did not work had to buy my own ice. No breakfast was available one morning. Had to ask for a coffee machine they said previous person had stole it. Bar which is in the Hotel parking lot played loud music until 3am.

Door was lose,, curtains didn't close, restroom door was dirty, window in restroom didn't have a screen, there was only 1 adult towel, phone didn't work, big window on front was dirty, there was no free breakfast/continental as advertised, our room was different than what was listed on our check out, young woman at the desk was sweet, helpful, and she assisted with what she could. Tv didn't work in our friends room, and she had all the same issues we had including no toilet paper, we bought our own.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Not sure sheets had even been changed or washed from previous occupant.vNo towels, tv wouldn't turn on, doors to so-called continental breakfast were locked. Room was dirty, dead bugs along baseboards. Allowed loud offensive music, screaming and partying in parking lot until near 5:30 in the morning. Baymont by Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name attached to this establishment. Would give zero stars if an option. Complete crap of a hotel.

The room I ordered (king and queen suite) doesn’t exist. After two more wrong rooms (a single and an occupied room) was finally given a double queen. Reeked of smoke, had not been cleaned (we found thong underwear in the shower) and was not cleaned during our multi-day stay either. Ended up with a partial refund but between the natural noise of the bar next door and the terrible stay I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

Was the worst. Adverts free breakfast No breakfast complete bs. Check out 11am we walked to get coffee and back, and was only 10am was locked out of room. Had to search for manager. No one in office. No daily cleaning. Rooms not so clean. We had to ask every day for fresh towels etc. Loud music from clubs all around it. No sleep that conti ues until 5am. No tv remote. Nothing like web pics. Crap hole fauls advertising. Bad location . Awful. Dont book! Looks like a homles motel. Dont book. No help from staff. Husband and wife run this with no staff. Never cleaned our room in 4days . Nightmare from the start.

To begin with the motel was hard to find it was not the one in the pictures. The first room they put me in the glass was broken out of the name picture window and it was put back together with tape which was a total joke so they put me in another room which wasn't much better it looked like the door was ready to fall off anything that wanted to crawl in could because it was one of the worst places I've ever stayed

The place was extremely dirty — the bathroom, the beds, and even the pillows had makeup stains on them. The facilities are in very poor condition overall. The location is good since it’s a short walking distance to Fremont, but the area is surrounded by many homeless people. This is not a family-friendly place if you are traveling with children. The hotel is located right behind a bar, so if you’re planning to rest, you won’t be able to — the music is extremely loud even at 4:00 a.m. Also, be careful if you shower and open the window to let the steam out, as there are homeless people right behind the hotel. The door doesn’t close properly because it’s broken, and the window is broken as well. Overall, this place needs a lot of work. It has potential to improve, but it’s clear that not much care has been put into maintaining it. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements.

My gosh where do I start I went to the hotel and the room they gave me was not sanitary nor safe at all! The door lock seems to be missing parts and once you walk in you are greeted with a strong Oder of cigarettes which I booked a non smoking room but the room they gave me was a smoking room according to the guy. Then there was feces on the toilet and shower, chips on the floor like if they haven’t swiped correctly, ceiling lights are falling off showing the wires, tv and phone not working, scrapes the wall along with the base boards falling off, the headboard of the bed was full of dust and what looks to be a half opened condom raper, beds only have 1 Sheet and nothing in between the sheet and the bed pad. After seeing all this unsanitary issues I went to the front desk and asked for a room change and they said they couldn’t do one and said they were sold out. I guess my mistake was trying to be nice and say “not even an upgrade? I’ll pay for it” the guy said No leave I’ll take care of your reservation, I then said your going to cancel it right and he said “yes, leave”. I called Expedia and informed them of the situation which they tried to help by calling the property but were told that I wanted to upgrade and that they were not going to issue a refund. I had to book another room somewhere else and I’m on the hook with the money I payed there. Terrible Experience

Restroom were not very clean including the tube bath room door had water damage. Paint peeling off the door. Room smelled like smoke! Walk ways were very dirty! The heating in the room didnt work.

The room was full of graffiti. Lots of smear words on the door of the room and the fridge. Scary for my kids. No explanation at all until I asked the receptionist what’s happened. Th room should not have been offered to any guest.

I don't normally leave negative reviews. I know hotels are what you pay for. But this hotel is worse than I could have ever imagined! It is currently after 1 am, and there is music playing outside that is so loud the windows are shaking. Not even exaggerating. There is literally no way to sleep through it. I've never considered leaving a hotel in the middle of the night before now. The door of our room doesn't lock with a deadbolt, it doesn't line up. The window was wide open (to a creepy alley) when we arrived, and doesnt have a working lock on it. So we stuck a hanger in it to keep it from being opened. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There were hairballs on the floor. The air conditioning a super loud buzz with little airflow. There are the usual things like chipped paint and scratched floors that I would assume would be there with a cheap room, but not feeling safe and not being able to sleep makes it a completely horrible experience. The fact that the music never ends needs to be in the listing info! Super frustrating.
