We will ensure that our housekeeping team is reminded to check the rooms for any necessary items to avoid such situations in the future.We apologize for not being able to fix the toilet in your room during your stay. Our maintenance team did their best to find a replacement part, but unfortunately were unable to locate one in a timely manner. We understand that this was a major inconvenience for you and we are sorry that we were not able to resolve the issue during your stay.Regarding the smoking charges, please note that these charges are verified by our manager. We understand that you're saying that no one in your family smokes, but unfortunately, we have to take our non-smoking policy very seriously for the comfort and safety of all our guests.
