“El hotel es muy lindo, esta bien ubicado, y el acceso a la playa es perfecto. Las habitaciones (suites) son hermosas, muy modernas y con una vista al mar espectacular. La piscina (lazzy river) que tiene movimientos es lo mejor que tiene, la atencion tanto en la piscina como en la playa es muy bueno. El restaurante es 10/10, tanto la comida como la atencion. Lo peor que tiene es la limpieza en las partes comunes, principlamente en los alrededores de la piscina, quedan por dias las heces de las...

“The main thing for anyone staying here to know is that there is NO on-site management! So, any issues, questions, complaints, etc. can only be resolved via an email, for which you will be lucky to get a timely response. In short, we had a horrible experience. We arrived around 2 pm, as did several other people who had reservations, only to be told by a gentleman who worked for the hotel, that hw could not allow us to get in (to sit by the pool or bring our luggage off the sidewalk, etc.)...

“My family really enjoyed our stay on Ocean Drive. They really loved the pool and they even went swimming in the rain. The house had everything we needed. There was plenty of around and the bonus was being so close to the beach. Whenever we visit Florida again I’ll be staying there.”

Every time either of us turned over during the night, the mattress or bed frame made extremely loud squeaking...

“Overall great experience. Everything needed was provided: chairs, umbrella, beach cart / wagon, beach towels, laundry detergent, etc. If I had to give a negative it would be that the main bedroom is a walkway to the other two bedrooms and the mattress was not the most comfortable. ”

“Pelican Grand Resort was overall very comfortable and enjoyable. Every staff were all very friendly and welcoming - from the front desk, to the food venues, the beach and poolside and front door. All were great. Both rooms (512 & 626) were relatively comfortable, with monor signs of aging. Both have great balcony views. The only problem was the showers - water can't be contained inside since one shower has partial piece of half panel and the other shower has huge gaps between the glass doors....
