“This house truly met all of our needs. Spacious and clean. The pool and spa were great (plenty of towels provided) when it was too windy to be at the beach. Note that the beach is not covered by a lifeguard so if that is important, you'll need to drive a mile or two down the road. There was ample parking at the public beach when we rolled up around 10 am on a weekday. So easy and convenient. Publix was a 5 min walk so we never had to worry about food. “We loved everything about the Sand Key cottage and our experience with Latitude Key staff. The place was immaculate, the pool and outdoor areas were lovely, and the location was terrific. We were even able to extend our stay by a night - which we jumped at doing. Everything about check-in and check-out was a breeze. Great communication from Latitude Key folks. 5 stars all the way around!”

“Overall great experience. Everything needed was provided: chairs, umbrella, beach cart / wagon, beach towels, laundry detergent, etc. If I had to give a negative it would be that the main bedroom is a walkway to the other two bedrooms and the mattress was not the most comfortable. ”

“The house was beautifully decorated and had a great layout and location. It was very clean inside and had everything we might need. Great beds and linens! It was also nice to have the pool when we weren’t at the beach. Ashley was responsive and wanted to address any issues we had such a a light bulb out and a “ sticky” slider.And, you couldn’t beat the view of the park out the backyard. “We had an amazing but short stay. The view from the room and balcony were stunning. The Tiki bar/restaurant was a fun place to relax after a long day of travel. The beach is just steps away.
