“Hermoso lugar”

“Buen hotel, buen desayuno. Cerca del centro. Limpio, moderno y buen servicio al cliente.”

“Estancia magnifica, una vista maravillosa y la atención increíble, solo una observación para que lo consideren, independizar el control de iluminación de habitación con el baño ”

“Bonito apartamento ”

“Muy correcto relación calidad precio. No lo más cómodo del mundo el hacer el check in en la cafetería de abajo, pero todo OK Se puede aparcar genial y tienes algo que comer justo debajo y de calidad. Lo recomendaría ”

“The agent did not respond to any emails or phone calls. The problems with the apartment include: Very difficult to locate. It took four of us 40 minutes as there are multiple doors. Too hot and no ability to control temperature. No instructions at all. As this included an oven with dials in Icelandic, it was an issue for us. Would not stay here again.”

“The apartment was comfortable and fully stocked with the necessities. The area was close to shipping, a grocery, and a main bus pick up. The management was responsive to requests and available when needed. ”

“This was a well designed and cleaned apt with all the amenities we expected. The location is within easy walking distance from the main streets of Reykjavik. The four of us were happy with our host's communications and would stay there again.”

“Super responsive host that answered multiple questions within the hour, if not sooner. Very impressed. Place was great and spacious for the two couples we had staying there. The second bedroom is a little tight for bags and the beds but we made due. It was a little hot inside the place and the bedroom windows do not open enough to get good airflow. That would be the only complaint I would have from our stay. Would strongly recommend!”

“Great stay and super close to the main shopping street. It was very clean and everyone slept well.”

“Great place with a great location. The place was very clean and process for checking in and out was so easy.”

“Comfortable, large apartment in a nice area. Easy walk to sights and shops, close to the water. Apartment was very clean and nicely set up. Instructions for access were clear and the host responded to all questions quickly. A very nice place to stay!”

“The apartment was clean and nice. I think there should have been coffee, sugar, and milk. There was only coffee. I was confused on exactly where to park once I entered the building’s underground parking. It is a very large underground parking complex. Also, it was unclear on how to pay. You are supposed to check in first. I was unclear also on the name of the specific parking lot. The unit has its own laundry in the bathroom of the unit which was great. The shower curtain was way too small and...

“Very new, and well-maintained condo with ample space for the 5 of us. Location was great, with paid parking under the building. We had some issues with check-in - The entry code that was given to us didnt work since there were some issues with the lock. The email confirmation I got didn't include the company's phone number (it had xxx-xxx-xxxx for the phone number), so I had to call VRBO, wait 45 minutes to connect to customer service, and have them connect me to the company. After about another...

“We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for a week in Iceland. Very clean with wonderful amenities and plenty of room. We also needed to extend the number of days at the apartment, which the apartment agency was more than happy to help us with. Would highly recommend this location for those looking to stay in the city.”

“Great”

“The apartment was very clean and easy to access. The only downside was the limited parking, as the surrounding streets were quite busy. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay, with restaurants, shops, and other attractions all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it for its cleanliness and convenient location..”

“The booking was for a family of parents and two teenagers, expecting the bedroom to have 2 single beds. It was set up as a double we had to rearrange. Take notice of the booking details. Inadequate mugs for 4 people. ”
