“The home was clean and well maintained. There are great views of the northwest arm and entrance to Halifax harbor from most of the rooms, including pool and hot tub. The interior decorating is cool including many wood features. Dan the property manager was responsive and provided good instructions on using the smart home features. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Halifax and this property.”

“We had 3 different families stay at this home with 0 issues. Check in was easy and Dan wrote back quickly with any questions we had! Highly recommend if your looking to be close to the city!”

“Didn't get entry instructions til just a few hours before arrival. Outdated cream and milk in frig. Not wiped clean. Floor has glue and stains. Looks dirty. Dust thick on top frig and wall shelves. Oven drawer not clean. Lightbulb burned out and fixture dirty. No replacement bulb No sheets pillows or blankets for extra beds. One is slippery futon. Other must be loveseat pullout. No topsheet for master so we had to go buy one for hot hubby Yard is gravel back yard so can't sit out and enjoy....

“The place we stayed was a little bit away from the convenience. It was too far for walking since bus stop was distantly away. Fortunately we got rides and didn't need bus transportation. Overall the place met our satisfaction since it was in a quiet area and we only stayed for few hours for sleeping each day. ”

“I didn’t hear from the host before check-in. Once I contacted him, he let me know how to get in. The 2 queen beds were both super comfortable. Unfortunately no air conditioning so it was pretty warm during our stay. Overall, good. ”
