Chalets en Lead

“Pros: easy check-in process, nicely renovated 1912 building, very high ceilings, nice antiques in the rooms and common area, convenient walking distance to shops and restaurants (the Sanford Lab Homestake Visitor Center is close by and definitely worth a visit!). “just an awesome, old time but containing every modern amenity place.. great restaurant downstairs, bar! i mean saloon.. really glad i stayed”

“Place was pretty small but ok for a couple. AC noise very loud so impossible to hear the TV or get much sleep. Blinds were warped, dirty, and missing wands. You will need a 4 wheel drive to access the property. Owner was very nice and responsive. Would recommend they fix the pathway, to the front door, as it is a tripping hazard.”

“We enjoyed our overnight at Spearfish Canyon Lodge very much. If I had 1 thing to critique, it would be that there are no elevators. I know its only 2 levels of rooms but the stairs were brutal.”

“I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to stay. They had everything that we needed and the owner was very nice and had information about all the things to do around deadwood”
