“Complete view of cricket pitch although not able to open door to terrace (H&S reasons). We were very concerned about ceiling tiles - they were continually lifting and then dropping loudly back into place. Apparently a feature of all rooms on floor 3 so would suggest you ask for a lower floor. Acceptable continental breakfast.”

“Hotel is in beautiful surroundings. The connecting pub next door was amazing and served a really nice breakfast in the morning . Staff were really helpful and overall really enjoyed our stay. Some parts in the rooms a little dated and worn (mainly in the bathroom) but rooms were spotless and beds were nice and comfy and had a great nights sleep. Would definitely stay again.”
