“Everything was really fine...apart from the fire alarm on the first day at 8:00. I rushed out of the buiding, noone came or seemed bothered, the alarm rang for close to an hour. Is there any manager on duty? Otherwise, I would recommend the place, ideally located in the town center, 20 min walk to the University, very clean, spacious room with kitchen corner and fridge.”

Keys are picked up at train station which was not very convenient. The house itself very comfortable and in a nice area. ”

“So this was booked as a deluxe appt with large balcony. Turned up to find the whole building in scaffolding getting the cladding done, no access to small balcony, fridge needs defrosting, external glazing dirty and still with plastic wrapping, laundry being tied in one of the storage areas. No response from complaint. Cigarette burn on bedding”
