“The stair rug has gotten very soiled since our last stay. The kitchen had all we needed except perhaps a separate toaster. Very convenient location for us. ”

“We were in town for a wedding. The property fit our needs. We were not there much. The only real complaint is the tenant that lives on the main floor cooks really strong, smelly food which permeates the entire townhome. I had to buy a candle to minimize the food odor. Our wedding clothes smelled of the food.”

Bedrooms were spacious and beautifully appointed with lovely touches that make it feel like home such as super soft bedding and nice complimentary toiletries. “We had a wonderful visit to SLC. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing in this roomy, clean and modern home. Everything was as expected. The host was friendly and responsive and the location was convenient for our agenda. It is about a 15-20 min walk to Fairmont Park (has a dog park) and another 5-10 min walk to the main part of Sugar House. Highly recommend an early walk to and around Sugar House Park in the warm months. It is a quick drive from the house to downtown SLC and easy access to...
