Each room has its own bathroom and cooling system making it very easily tailored to your needs. My favorite place is the upstairs deck with the fire pit and sauna perfect for hanging out by the fire and getting in the sauna after one of the amazing hikes near the property. “Gil and Flora were awesome hosts, and the house was perfect for our family. With it being February, we were inside a little more, but the horses and goats are awesome to have so close. Family space was perfect, and we loved having dinners and hangout time together in a comfortable place. We will be back for sure and maybe even in the off-season again, as Capitol Reef Park is less busy, and the hiking was great.”

“Beautiful property! We loved the mule deer that were rooming around with one walking through the middle of the parking lot. A bit of a struggle with not having lights in the pool and hot tub due to what I think might have been an upgrade.”
