🐾 Pet-Friendly Property – Pet Policy
We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets to our home! Please note the following pet guidelines:
Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $250 applies for up to 2 pets per reservation.
Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets allowed.
Exceptions: If you plan to bring more than 2 pets, please reach out to us in advance. We’re happy to review on a case-by-case basis and may be able to accommodate with prior approval.

Propane tank: The propane tank is managed on an honor system, as usage levels can vary and it is not always possible to determine when it has run out. If a refill or exchange is needed during your stay, this can be conveniently done at any nearby gas station. Kindly retain the receipt and send it to us for reimbursement.

PARKING:
A Long Driveway accommodates up to 6 cars, ensuring ample parking for guests. Note that a small section of the road (< 0.5 miles) leading up to the house is unpaved

MISC:
Stay connected with Gigablast WiFi (1GB/sec) , providing ultra-fast internet across the property.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
For your peace of mind, an external security camera monitors the parking lot, ensuring safety and security. There is one external security camera facing the parking lot. Camera is on 24/7, has the ability to record audio/video and is motion triggered. No cameras inside the home.
