“Very professional staff, helpful, and eager to help. The place was on a main road but I couldn't hear any traffic noise. The rooms where clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting in the garden area. Only drawback was no air con in the rooms but we did have a fan which was adequate. I would recommend thos place to needing to stay in or around this area. If I need to be in the area again I would definitely use this hotel again. Thank you for the great time.”

“Nicely located in the centre of Woburn with its own car park. The only issue is you are wedded to your mobile phone is that mobile signal strength is very poor (I’m on EE). But the hotel has free WiFi and Woburn itself is served by fibre optic cables to the premises. ”

“The hotel is very good for a business or short family stay. The rooms are quite large with good air conditioning for the summer months. The breakfast has a good variety but the coffee machine was a bit problematic. There is a Harvester across the car park which is convenient if you don't want to drive on anywhere. I will go there again,.next time I am in the area.”

“Primer día nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación 2 veces por diferentes causas ( no funcionaba la tv y ventana rota) todos los días teníamos que bajar a recepción por que no funcionaba la tarjeta para abrír la puerta y el último día llegamos a la habitación y no había toallas con lo cual toco bajar una segunda vez. Ningún miembro del hotel sabía algo de español y parece que les molestará que no les entendieras por hablartrrápido y un poco más de cortesía tampoco les vendría mal. Conclusión lo...

“This B&B was exceptional. The attention to detail was out of this world. It felt almost like staying in a top class hotel. Everything was laid on and Helen was superb in anticipating everthing I needed. And the breakfast - well - no words to describe how great it was. Again the attention to the smallest detail was fantastic. Will certainly stay here again if I'm in the area. Well Done!”

“Very noisy because of the pub below so until 23:00 loud then from 05:00 in the morning music starts again and people singing so if you want to party I guess it’s the right place but if you want to rest get yourself a proper hotel room, me personally I wouldn’t go back ”
