  • Stunning modern ranch style home in the heart of Lenoir City Tennessee. When you first step through the door you will see the beautiful vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace ,and open airy layout.

    The home is furnished with pillow topper memory foam mattresses, a living room you won't want to leave, and a newly renovated kitchen with beautiful countertops and new appliances.

    The home is on an acre of land located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from I-75 and the Tellico Lake.
    The space
    Love the cozy feel of a farm house, or a luxury modern feel? This is the perfect place for you! The living room is the perfect place to sit down and enjoy your morning coffee or play board games with friends. Our kitchen is perfect for entertaining your guest.

    Sit back and relax on the front porch and take in the vast mountain views.

    Looking to work from home? Our internet clocks download speeds of over 400mbs. Perfect for those zoom calls and other business needs.

    Enjoy our master bedroom which features a king bed with a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious tile shower. Our other two guest beads feature queen beds in each room. In addition we have a double air mattress to accommodate extra guests.

    Walk out to our backyard patio where at night you can relax by the fire pit under the lights.

    Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to be the next top chef!

    The living room is furnished with a nice 70 inch flat-screen smart TV where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends.

    In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to things like: coffee, a blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, oxygen and more.

The property was as described with accurate pictures. It was very clean and welcoming to ourtwo dogs. The owners answered our texts very quickly and we did not have any issues. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

What a lovely, and comfortable home! The large backyard lot was a plus, and you can’t beat the location for easy access to Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains. The kitchen is terrific (complete with a great, large fridge), and the bed has a wonderfully comfortable mattress. We will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in town. There’s no need to look anywhere else!

Great home overall and we were thankful for a nice and clean, pet-friendly home too! They’re getting harder and harder to find! Lots of space to spread out. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Great supply of toilet paper and paper towels but bring trash bags. Owners were very responsive to a few questions we had throughout our stay. The location was perfect for us-we were in town to visit family in Kingston & then another day in Tellico Village-this home was basically in between the 2 but also super close to food/restaurants and grocery! Easy check-out! & loved the little sign at the front door (see pic)! Overall, great place!

It was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Grocery stores and good restaurants were nearby. The house was renovated and roomy. I recommend this property.

Best booking!

This place was the perfect option while attending a local wedding. Rooms are huge and give you plenty of space to spread out. 5 minutes from major chains but a very quiet neighborhood! Loved our stay.

Such a great place to stay highly recommend! Beds are super comfy and we felt right at home Loved all the little touches to make you feel at home. Home away from home

We had a great stay at this beautiful home! The hosts were wonderful with their communication and very accommodating. The home was clean and spacious. We will definitely be staying again!

There were just a few things that kept this home from a top-tier rating, compared to other places where we've stayed. The "front porch mountain view" is really only visible for one person who angles their chair at the edge of the porch. There was no bath mat, and only one hand towel (in the master bath, anyway). There are no floor/table lamps in the living room--only overhead lighting. There was only one afghan and no extra blankets for those who needed them. The sofa is comfortable, but the two "arm chairs" in the living room definitely are not. It was satisfactory for the little time we spent in it (we were there for a family wedding with many related events), but I wouldn't choose it for a longer vacation where I would want to relax in the and around the house.
