“Loved the heritage of the convent, the spaciousness of the accommodation, the beautiful garden, the location near Leura, the kitchen and the homeliness of the rooms with everything you could need, including a good library of books! Very comfortable. Downsides were the noise from the highway and the railway that had traffic and trains going all night. We had hoped for a quiet location. ”

“The room is clean. It’s located in a retirement village and the location is peaceful. Unfortunately there is a pool motor behind the room which makes a noise 24 hours a day. As soon as you step in the room you can hear the motor noise. The noise seems to be coming through the walls and you can’t get away from it unless you go outside, where you can’t hear it. “The property was not clean - needs a good deep clean as it was not good enough for a holiday rental. The basin in the bathroom was not draining - my husband pulled this apart and it was clogged with hair (yuck)! The double bed mattress was rock hard and had a sleepless night and sore hips.
