Stay was great. This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at this property. Most of our suggestions have been addressed which is a bonus. Usually suggestions go in one ear and out the other. Once I figure out one key reward everything will be 100%.

All adults stayed during my rental. Overall it’s a very nice property. A lot of space to hang out. Owner was very responsive. The double bed bunk bed in the basement was not sturdy. No one felt safe to sleep on the top bunk. The two who slept on the bottom bunk said the beds are so close together, they could not sit up on the bed. We had someone sleeping on the couch which was uncomfortable because it was sinking it anywhere they laid. The bedrooms on the main floor do not have ceiling fans but there were little desk fans in the closets to use.

The home was in a great neighborhood. Lots of shopping and food near by. The home was very clean and spacious. My family of 8 really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back in the summer to visit the beautiful horse stables.

This was the perfect property for our weekend visit to Lexington with our adult children. The location was close to both Keeneland and UK. The house was very roomy with a great kitchen and dining area. Seth responded very quickly to all my inquiries. Highly recommended!!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay as everything was great. The house was very clean, organized, and roomy. The host was attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to the Lexington area, which was really outstanding.

This property has wonderful areas for dining,visiting, playing games and/or watching movies. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The 3 bathrooms were a plus that you don’t find in many rentals and all the rooms were very nicely furnished and decorated. Our host was responsive to our needs.

Stayed for UK graduation

Location was good for us with family south of Lex as well as activities within. We didn’t want to be in the city itself. We were able to get anywhere we needed in 20 minutes time. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the Starbucks :) The house was perfect for our group - even a little larger than needed as we didn’t use the bunk room. We had plenty of space. The host was responsive and we had no issues with parking or the house.

Average Stay

The home was as described in terms of layout and very spacious for our family. There was plenty of room for adults to relax and kids to play, and the ping-pong table was definitely a plus for the kids! There were 2 washers and dryers, which was nice for our large family on a week-long vacation. Communication from the owner was appropriate and check-in/out was super easy. We did notice a few things that led to a 4 star rating instead of 5: there was a strong old/musty smell in general to the home; the upstairs furniture had a cigarette smoke odor despite it being a smoke-free home (especially in the living room), and the kids' feet were literally black with dirt after running around the basement barefooted for the first evening. The washer/dryer took some maneuvering to utilize, as there is not enough room for the doors to open all the way and they open in opposite directions. The driveway is crazy steep and not made for large vehicles, as it takes a lot of maneuvering to get them in and out if a second vehicle of any size is present. There is a motion-detector light outside which repeatedly came on during the night and woke people (especially the children) up several times throughout the night. Overall it was an okay place, but not quite as nice as the pictures had us thinking it would be.
