Great house the kids loved the upstairs and my teenage daughter loved the downstairs room. Great location for a family and a fun walk to main street downtown.

Bourbon Tour Basecamp

The Luxe was tastefully decorated with extremely comfortable beds. It was well equipped with amenities and offered a great way to relax and unwind after long days of exploring.

LOVED this charming little house! A 3-2 that is an old historic type home, so for the nightly rate this was a steal! We were in the area for Lavender Fest at the Kentucky Castle (14 miles away) so this was the best option for our family of five plus my mom! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d need! Including salt and pepper, k-cups and keurig, a blender, a crock pot, coffee pot (drip), and cappuccino maker, too! We had cotton balls, q-tips and hair ties available plus body wash, conditioner and shampoo in each bathroom! A hair blow dryer was in the upstairs bathroom.My kids loved the little game room off the upstairs bedroom which had all sorts of board games and even a PlayStation!There was a bedroom with two twin beds, a queen room and a king room. The king had a gorgeous fireplace in it!The back yard was BEAUTIFUL with the landscaping, covered hot tub with tv and string lights!The host “The Luxe” was very accommodating and responded quickly. I had asked what brand name the mattress and pillows were in the king room, because I had the best sleep of my life and want to purchase for my own home, but had forgotten to look before checking out! We WILL be back! Thanks for everything! I highly recommend staying here!

This home was perfect for our trip to Kentucky! The location was great with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Also a short drive to Lexington and The Kentucky Horse Park! The home was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amentities we needed to feel at home. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and firepit! Highly recommend! Will be back again!

Fall Break Getaway

This property was perfect for our family. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and gamer room. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was great. We enjoyed Local Feed and Southern Glazed Donuts!

Mystery Weekend 2024

We were pleasantly suprised the house was even better than the pictures. Great distance to Keeneland and Main Street Georgetown. The host was wonderful to respond to all silly questions. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a great family getaway.

Truly Luxe!

The Luxe is such a great place! Super cute, super cozy, super responsive owner. We all greatly enjoyed our stay…from the welcome basket, to the hot tub, to the decor, everything really was “luxe”. We would love to stay again anytime!!!

We loved the house!

The little house was quirky and comfortable. I appreciated all small touches (robes, soaps, coffee, welcome basket). I would, however, recommend some flatter pillows for the beds. Enjoyable and relaxing!

BUCKET LIST

One night stop but so relaxing, we enjoyed the hot tub and cooked on the grill under the patio. The house was very clean and comfortable! Pillows a little thick for our liking but other then that, honestly couldn’t ask for better. We would stay again if we are ever in Georgetown. SAFE AREA!!

What a Gem!

We met family we hadn’t seen for years. We needed a home located near the Arc Encounter. We were thrilled to find this home just 30 minutes away! Ultimately, we had a lovely time, in this adorable and comfortable home.We had everything we needed at the house, which we truly appreciated.The host was very communicative. Carlos made sure we had all the information to check in, emailed us during our stay to be sure we had everything we needed, and also was informative with our check-out process.If we ever end up in Georgetown again, we will happily lease this property.

Christmas in Kentucky

We stayed for 3 weeks. It felt like home by the time we left. It was a good location for Christmas shopping on W Main St or running to the grocery store or getting something quick to eat on W Broadway. The host was generous with towels and bathroom floor mats. We would definitely rent from them again. Two suggestions, the kitchen light in the ceiling could be brighter; and the ceiling light in the living room would be nicer if it had a dimmer. The spa was great and the fire pit was great for roasting hot dogs (with sticks provided by the host) with our grandkids.
