This house was clean and had all the little touches for a pleasant stay. The proximity to UK was nice. The backyard was great for my dog.

This house was very dirty. The bathroom walls and floor had hair on them. The tile floor around the toilet was cracked and coming up. The furniture in the living area was old and filthy. I went to Target and bought sheets to put over them so that we could sit on the couch and chair. The host allowed us to enter the home 2 hours early on Thanksgiving day.

Overall the interior was comfortable and kitchen amenities were nice.The exterior was dirty. The porch cushions were covered in dog hair and the back patio was too dirty to enjoy. The master bedroom closet was full of used bedding and only six wire hangers and one small plastic one. The second bedroom had a padlock on the closet... The bathroom didn't have a lock. There wasn't an iron or ironing board to press out clothing. Returning Saturday evening there was a stream of water coming out of the refrigerator from the bottom shelf. It was reported to the management company.I would suggest to the owner they get a new property management company as they dropped the ball on simple things. I've stayed in PURE managed properties before and they always fall short.

This property needs a little bit of TLC. It wasn't the cleanest property. A lot of dust balls & dirt on the floors. I used a wet paper towel to wipe up something on the kitchen floor, & the paper towel was BLACK with dirt. It was obvious the floor hadn't been cleaned in a while. Some of the pots and pans were put away dirty, and we had to clean them before use. It made me wonder why I was being charged the cleaning fee. We had no hot water for about 24 hours. I discovered the hot water heater was not lit. It was just a matter of relighting it. Ants on the kitchen counters. If I were the owner of this place, I would seriously reevaluate who I had cleaning and maintaining my property. Parking was super tight and awkward. I did like the location because we could easily walk to UK campus, as well as to downtown.

Cute with potential

The house definitely needs some TLC. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was the lawn which was about a foot and a half tall. Bugs and cobwebs in corners of living room. Living room rug had stains and appeared soiled. Kitchen faucet is loose and hardly any water pressure. Toliet in bathroom is loose. Doorknob in bedroom closet came off in our hand when we opened it. Floors need a good cleaning. Beds were very comfortable. Cute decor, overall just needs some attention.

Nice home

Nice and clean home. Communication with owner was fine. Outside backyard could use a little TLC. Only issue was the outside unit being frozen, but thankfully it cooled off so we didnt need it. Owner was working on getting it fixed. Overall good rental for a quick trip and close to UK hospital where my father is. Major plus is they welcome pets which we had to travel with!
