“Comfortable, clean, and convenient location in downtown Statesville. We were in town for the Carolina Balloonfest and to visit some local wineries, so the location was great. Other guests were there for the Carolina Renaissance Festival which is just 30 miles south. Cheryl and Jason are warm people and pleasant hosts. The inn itself is historic and furnished accordingly. “We stayed the week before Christmas in a lovely room with fireplace. The house exuded holiday charm and history. Breakfast is beautifully presented and excellent. Our bed was comfortable. We had chairs to relax by the fire. While the bathroom was tiny, it was functional with enough space to put toiletries plus multiple hooks and towel bars.
