“JESUS ARIAS was an awesome host! The communication was fantastic and the place was spotless! The house is in a very convenient location, and it was perfect for our visit for attending the Commencement ceremony at Wake Forest University. It’s a few minutes from WFU and just a couple of minutes downtown to visit some fantastic restaurants. Perfect spot for a weekend to Wake Forest football or basketball game. Thank you Jesus for a great place to stay!”

“This home is nice and in a nice location. We were however confused that it was listed as a whole house with a hot tub, but you have to pay a fee for the hot tub, and in fact there was a whole other rental below us. The charges for an extra guest to visit were a little much also. It wasn't very clean, we found random items stuffed and placed on top of cabinets, light fixtures etc. and a cup under the bed. Lastly, to be asked to sparingly use utilities so they can save on bills is way out of...

“Overall, we had a good stay. The home looked exactly like the photos and comfortably accommodated our group during a difficult time with family. The space was clean and met our needs. My only concerns were that the glass panel/door in the shower was missing, which made the bathroom less functional than expected. I also submitted a request to update the reservation to allow up to 5 guests because we had family and friends stopping by while we were grieving, but I never received a response from...
