“Very clean and cozy I loved my stay”

“It was clear that house was owned by a private equity firm and it was handled like a business. We had a multi month stay and only asked once for it to be cleaned once, and they charged us for the cleaning. Meanwhile, they would’ve paid for five or six cleanings themselves between normal stay guests.They did a good job renovating the house they bought though.”

“Cozy is right!!! I felt welcomed and at peace when I entered home. This home is a great space for adults and families. The pictures are 100% accurate. The beds are super soft and we all had a much needed restful night. I sent a message to the host at check in and check out and received immediate responses.Great parking for multiple vehicles in the driveway. Peaceful neighborhood and conveniently located near a shopping plaza and Metra train station. I would, hands down, rent this cozy home...

“Very mixed on review, but after considering all factors we went with a poor rating. First off, we were not given the door entry code for arrival which caused us to wait outside until response from the owner. Games in the house were incomplete and in poor condition to include the pool table and foosball table. Floor in the pool table room was very uneven and bubbling, which caused it to crack. Water pressure in basement bathroom was really low. The only positive was the house location. Owner was...
