I was initially leary of a negative review, but Adam was very responsive and let me know he could be available quickly in person if I needed. The unit is small but met all of our needs. The property is great with access to view the bay right outside our door, or walk across the street to the gulf side beach area. We played pickleball onsite and used both pools and hot tub. He checked on us to make sure we had everything that we needed. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit.”

“We picked this spot for a family vacation, 4 families flying from various places. I couldn't imagine a better place for us in that area. We used the pool a lot, rented a boat, fished and kayaked, and of course enjoyed the easy access to the beautiful beach!! We didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. Plenty of shops available in a short walk or golf cart ride. The house had enough plates and wares for entertaining. And we absolutely loved the common areas. It was a clean and comfortable...

“Very clean, location top notch to beach and restaurants and shops. Best beach cart and umbrella we’ve ever had. But beach chairs were not good. Property very nice and well kept. You need your own cooler and bags for snacks and sandwiches at the beach. Overall we would come back!!”

“We had some amazing days in this beach house as a family. Everything you need, plus everything is brand new so you kindda feel like you are in a 5 stars house. the beach is 2 blocks away and is really really nice. we had been to some other anna maria island beaches but i think we all prefer this one. Also, the service by phone is really good, they take care of anything you may need. Will come back again.”
