“The location was excellent, and close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The privacy fence was nice. Terrence also texted us the best recommendations. I would say he was the best host we have ever had. Quiet, cozy, and very safe. ”

“Property was clean. Major issue was that it was much smaller than we anticipated from the listing. We barely had enough space to walk around the bed. The room was that small! Outside was nice but needed to be cleaned upon our request. Pt friendly? If we had pets it would have been too crowded. Street it was on had a lot of traffic and noisy at night. Light system and A/C were difficult to use. A/C didn't work consistently. ”

We could hear them coughing and showering, and unfortunately could even smell bodily odors from the bathroom. They demanded a photo ID for every guest within 24 hours, threatening to cancel if not received. Children are not allowed. “The house was very clean and pretty. Loved how convinient it was and it had everything needed for the stay. The location was also perfect with stores and places to eat at walking distance and the beack a 5 minute drive. ”

“The area is quiet. The house is in a side road near a strip plaza. It’s cute and good for the tiny home experience. The microwave in our home looked pretty damaged on the inside. We did not use it but the stove top worked great!”
